I recently had the unfortunate experience of going through a "no feedback" interview process, and I must say it was highly disappointing. As a job seeker who invests significant time and effort in preparing for interviews, I believe it is essential to receive constructive feedback to improve and grow. Unfortunately, the lack of feedback in this particular interview left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. First and foremost, the absence of feedback after an interview is an enormous disservice to candidates. Interviews are meant to be a two-way street, where both parties can assess each other's fit for the role. By denying feedback, the company demonstrates a lack of respect for the candidates' time and effort. It leaves candidates in the dark, wondering what went wrong or what they could have done differently. Such a lack of transparency is not only unprofessional but also discouraging for job seekers.

Different in a good way. Not your usual type. I think the people i interviewed wuth were very kind. They also w anted to I know about me as a person. It wasnt as robotic as interviews I had before.
