Ondra appears to be another firm claiming culture to be the most important thing for them, yet the very senior person openly asked me what the interviewing analysts and senior analysts were saying about the firm. Also, after being rejected, the firm pretends it doesn't exists with two e-mails asking for feedback not being answered at all.
