Fairly easy, but very strange. I originally received an email after applying automatically rejecting me. But then I received a call back, did a phone screening and then moved onto the phone interview. This interview left a bad taste in my mouth the recruiter basically talked about the high turn over rate and how the people they hire for the warehouse are usually uneducated and flaky so they constantly have to be hiring so that when people show up they can have someone to replace them immediately. Some will start same day, idk it felt very 'we're better than them' because we were on the corporate side. Simply put not the company for me.

It was an IA interview pretty easy uncomfortable at first but overall it was very simple at first I had difficulty finding got descriptions but it wasn't that bad. I found it very quick and to the point took less than 20 minutes
The interview process started off in an unconventional way with a "teams screening". I'm pretty open minded and flexible, so I thought, okay, I'll just go through the motions. The HR associate was asking me pretty standard phone screening questions, but again, this was all through teams. He then asked me to answer 5 questions in which I would have 1 minute to record a video of myself to answer each question. Again, I was just going through the motions at this point.
After that, I was put in contact with the "Director of Operations" who was a half hour late to call me (TWICE) and called from a 775 number (Gerlach, NV) who had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand.
I have no problem believing this is a scam. If you are scheduled to interview with this company and have a similar experience, proceed with caution.

I was invited to a Teams interview, equivalent to a recruiter screening. Everything seemed completely legitimate. I looked up everyone that contacted me on LinkedIn and there were zero red flags. They even sent over extensive information about the company and the position, and everything was branded, and looked extremely professional and above board. I scheduled the Teams interview, but on the day of the interview I was catching up on emails before the meeting and saw that I had received a rejection for that exact position the day before. When I questioned the recruiter who had emailed me originally about it and mentioned I was leery because of the many scams going around, she simply responded with "Please Disregard". It just felt unprofessional, and maybe it all was legitimate, but in addition to the way that the recruiter on Teams messaged (seemed very much like AI or like someone who wasn't a native English speaker), I didn't want to waste my time on a potentially fake interview.
