I was asked to participate in a panel interview. They asked me questions round-robin style. I had time to ask questions at the end of the interview. It was a typical interview for the position. However, the hiring manager was slow to offer updates and very slow to make a decision - over 4+ weeks slow. This was a red flag on the hiring manager and lack of consideration for someone who did not have the luxury to wait around for an answer. This was unprofessional. So much for people being the point.
