Whole process took about 3 weeks from submission of application to offer. OnDeck is an amazing company with great potential for future growth. Throughout the entire process, I was met by enthusiastic employees who genuinely loved their jobs and the company. There were two phone interviews, one screening and one with a supervisor, and then an invitation to the NY offices to meet with the team and chief of sales. The recruiter was incredibly instrumental throughout the process and truly became a champion on your behalf. The role, ultimately, was not the perfect fit for me at the time, but, from what I saw and experienced, I can still applaud OnDeck for having a great culture and work ethic.
