Outside recruiter shared me with this opportunity on LinkedIn. First round is with HR, talking about background and HR shares the information about the company and the team, very insightful. Second round was with director from the team hiring this position, talking about past modeling experience, not too technical. Third round went to Arlington office, met four people, very nice and felt welcomed. One case study, several modeling skills questions, and past experience questions. Final round was a data challenge (SQL and Python). Then waited for around 2 months, almost gave up because the position was no longer open. But later HR reached back again with another team hiring same level analyst. After talking with the VP, finally joined the team!

The interview process was responsive and efficient, it involved 5 rounds: HR screening, Quiz, Quiz outcome phone conversation, Team Leader phone conversation, Onsite Interview. The whole process went smoothly and they give timely feedback and response. The Onsite interview was impressive, everyone I met was really nice and friendly.

Application process took about a month. I applied online and was contacted by HR few weeks later. The interview went well. However, I tried to follow up with HR and they never responded. It's exactly the same as other reviews on Glassdoor: HR is very unprofessional. Having this kind of HR personnel reflects on the firm poorly.
