Very professional. The hiring manager asked thought provoking questions. They were not in my opinion, standard interview questions. Great office in Chicago suburb, great in-office staff. The salary was higher than expected. I was contacted by a recruiter, who provided me with available interview times after which I called to confirm the time. I believe they are looking for a very specific type of person. You need to be quick on your feet in the interview and over prepared. I look forward to reapplying when I have gained more experience.
