I never such poor management and uncooperative HR. HR doesn't understand English and misinterprets the things. She asked me to mail the resume. After that she called me to mail the work profile. I don't know what was that. Somehow I did that too. Now she called me again and asked to mail the work. I was in roaming and the call got disconnected due to low balance. I called her from my other number. She yelled at me and said that I cannot disconnect the call when she is talking to me. I explained her the reason but she kept shouting that I didn't pick up he call a day before also. I have never seen such illiterate HR anywhere. Pathetic.
