I applied online. A recruiter emailed and scheduled an initial phone call. I almost always pass my screening interviews with recruiters and hiring managers due to my experience and communication skills. Unfortunately though, the Omada Health recruiter was mean and rude during the interview and it made me lose my interest entirely. She also insisted on getting my compensation expectation even after I told her explicitly that I was not comfortable sharing at that early stage. I do not recommend Omada Health.
