I classified the interviews difficult because they were excessively long and repetitive and always went over the allocated time. Participated in and progressed through six meetings, one which was a panel of managers and another returning for a two hour in-depth tour of the plants. After completing all the interviews, I received an email from in-house recruiter that said that the decision was anticipated to be made by next day and then proceeded to ask what my status was, if I was interviewing and had any other offers which is odd and phishing like. I said I’d be interested in reviewing an offer if one was to be extended. Then… radio silence. No offer, no rejection… no respect.
