Applied on their website through Learn Up which helped a lot since I have no retail experience, that takes about an hour and thirty minutes. I went ahead and set up an interview after completing Learn Up for the following day. The interview was a group interview with the hiring manager and training manager I believe but be prepared to answer questions about the ON card, your views on customer service, your last ON purchase and dont forget to speak out and ask questions. We didnt get to go out onto the sales floor but it was a fun interview. I guess they want to see your personality. Also keep up with your interviewer it lets them know you want the job.

Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
