Applied online through the Gap Portal site which was more confusing than the actual interview. Filled out survey and uploaded resume. Got a call about 3 weeks later to meet for an in-person interview. 10 minute interview answering basic questions surrounding customer service experience and sales scenarios.

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
