Brief interview, was told be there @ 11am, I arrived @ 10:45am and then told I was late. I did 2 rounds of interviews with 2 separate managers. They asked basic questions. The first manager was very rude to me, the second manager was the complete opposite and very encouraging.

What makes you qualified to work in customer service?
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
