I applied online and was called to come into the store. It was a group interview, me and two other people. We met the hiring manager and were told to meet her upstairs after collecting our favorite item from the store, a mesh bag, and an Old Navy credit card application. We met with her and she then told us about the history of the company and her personal experience with the company. She asked us a few questions and told us we would be contacted in about 24 hours if she wants us on her team. I was called the next day and offered a position.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
