I was contacted for an interview a few hours after submitting my application and scheduled it for the following day. Met one-on-one with one of the managers. Questions about availability, what you can bring to the store, and how you go about achieving goals were asked. I was called with the job offer a few hours later, as they felt a second interview with the general manager was not necessary.
