      Entrevista

      Application process was very professional in dealing with the recruitment representative and spoke to the US team as part of the screening. Overall seemed a bit fuzzy in what the US do and what the UK want to do, but not sure how yet to bridge that gap. So perhaps the interview needed to be a little more considered in light of that. No core competency questions or alternation of specific project management related questions in a structured format. No specific questions related to the job spec regarding - project plans, timelines, resourcing, JIRA, technical understanding. Rather zoomed in on reasons not to hire. Each interviewer had their laptop open in front of them. HR did not contribute or ask any questions but were present. The panel advised in the meeting invite had one of the original attendees. Based on final outcome , perhaps if all were involved in the original screening, as a candidate wouldn’t have had to travel to the interview or the interviewers take time out of their diary. Outcome - was informed in 2 hours by email that they would not be proceeding. Reasons outlined below - “They felt you had some really relevant and interesting  experience but overall felt your experience would be better to a PM role working on the client side as it clear to see this is where your expertise and skills lie” Office seemed nice. Good location in the city. Room a bit tiny for a panel interview. Chose not to ask about flexi-time based on interview themes around workload, pace and office culture.
