Applied online. Screening call with recruiter, followed by two separate on-site interviews with different employees (2 per interview - HR, sales manager, R&D manager and hiring manager). Overall took about 2 months from application to offer. Process was slow, but recruiter ensured I stayed informed about progress and process.
