I was contacted by a recruiter for this role. Overall it wasn't a good experience or a good use of my time. Here's why: - A coding test? For a Senior role, with someone who's been a Senior for a while? Really? - The process took far too long. Of the eight weeks total, a large part was their booking system only offering like.. one slot per week!? For the last round interview, when they had me book it, there were only two slots available within two weeks, both at least a week out. So I indicated availability for both, and later they reached out to me to ask if I couldn't meet any sooner since they wanted to decide soon. I mean *I* could, but your system evidently can't :) - At some point the recruiting team got their time zones mixed up and booked me for the wrong time - For the final decision, I reached out to them multiple times and was strung along. "by end of week at the latest" (nope) "Monday!" (nope) "hopefully Tuesday." Especially funny since they were pushing me to meet for interviews sooner than their booking system allowed! Overall a gigantic waste of time & I regret jumping through all these hoops.
