The interview process with Okta was the worst set of interviews I have ever done. They scheduled me for 5 technical interviews all of which were algorithm challenges and to see if I can code in C#. I have over 12 years of relevant experience in the fields but they didn't bother to test that or discuss my experience. I was even scheduled an interview with a hiring manager, who seemed very eager to welcome me on bored but then after all those interviews I received a generic rejection email. What a waste of time. you can do better. Avoid Okta!
