I don't think Okta themselves know what the process was. I think it was 2-stage interviews. I got invited to a 1st stage interview but then got ditched. No one joined the virtual interview video call. I contact the HR person who arranged it and she ignored my emails. Very unprofessional. I would've respected them more if they told me in advance that they needed to re-schedule or if they had 2nd thoughts. Its because of amateurs like them that people like me are still in the job market.
