I have been contacted twice by recruiter after Okta Interested matching my current skills and experience and both the time's after few days recruiter sent the automated email "Thank you for applying for the position" email without yet scheduled any interview screening calls, I really suspect this one of the worst company I see who initially contacting person themself after interest and then they're not even moving further even to start the interview which really suspect are they really having open position OR just doing fake interview screenings.
