The overall process was pretty good overall. My resume was forwarded over to HR by a friend that worked within the company. I received a phone call/screening within a week, then we set up a face to face interview in the following week. The face to face interview was initially just myself and the HR Manager. Then after meeting with the HR Manager, I was interviewed by a panel of four, which consisted of two Marketing Managers, an Assistant Project Manager, and the Project Manager. The interview went well and from there, it probably took a little less than one or two weeks before I actually began working.
