OfferUp apologies for your poor experience. While we cannot control the time of fire alarms we can communicate better and will in the future. I am familiar with this specific circumstance and ultimately the decision was made that we needed to change the job description for a more years of experience and leadership experience. I am really sorry this decision was not passed along sooner.
