Intransparent and very long hiring process!
All meetings went fine, also the technical interview. I got positive feedback from internal recruitment but somehow they never gave me an offer. This leads me to believe that Oda is not transparent enough during the entire hiring process.

There are 3 steps of interview processes. First just a chat with stupid recruiter, second a chat with business sector guy and third technical interview with engineering team.
Technical interview was very great. The task they gave me was all make-sense, and people are not the smartest guys but they were kind and good at discussion.
But the interview with business-focused guy looks pretty much useless, as that guy is even not prepared on what he will investigate to me.
And the worst is the recruiter. She is definitely dumb-shit about technology, but very much pretentious on technology stuffs as if she knows all and as if she can dominate the interview process. I have had interview a lot in Norway, but I have never ever met that kind of arrogant and ridiculous one before.
