I was called by a recruiter about this opportunity. It started with a phone screen with an engineer. After that it was the on-site interview. Ironically, this interview felt very rushed as if the company already had chosen their candidate before I even got my on site interview. The first interviewer was pleasant. He was genuinely curious about my skillset and understanding with VR. Whiteboard testing with him was also a good time. The second interviewer was hard to read, but wanted to go straight to whiteboarding. It was kind of a 'read my mind' interviews I guess? The last interviewer was more of a cultural fit interview.
