I recently had the opportunity to interview with Octopus Energy, and I can't speak highly enough about the experience. From start to finish, it was exceptional. The recruitment process was incredibly smooth and well-organized. The recruiting was responsive and provided all the necessary information, making me feel well-prepared for each stage of the interview. What stood out the most, however, was the professionalism and friendliness of the interview panel. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed right from the beginning. Their questions were thoughtful and relevant to the role, giving me the opportunity to showcase my skills and experience. I left the interview feeling excited about the possibility of joining Octopus Energy. The positive impression I gained from the interview panel and the company's values make me genuinely enthusiastic about the prospect of working with them. The response to whether I moved on or not was also in time which was quite refreshing. I want to express my gratitude for such a positive interview experience. The process was a screening call, then a cultural fit interview , then a technical interview and then another cultural one. However the second cultural one was more to get to meet and talk to future colleagues - this was really nice.
