The interview process was a lengthy one understandably as you really want to trust the people you have working for you and make sure that they’re a good fit. At the start of the interview process you have a recruiter assigned to you I was lucky enough to have the lovely Molly F. Molly was extremely helpful throughout the entire process with everything from questions I had to keep me updated along the way. The company in the final interview stage do a group interview which surprisingly was an extremely enjoyable interview, The interview allowed us to meet the team virtually they currently work at octopus as well as really understand the role which we had applied for in a bit more depth. The stage of the interview not only allowed them to make the decision on us as candidates that for us to make sure that it was the right roller right company. I was fortunate enough to get offered a position and happily accepted, not only did I get a congratulations email from the company that the recruiter that was assigned me Molly congratulated me as well and let me know that if I had any further questions I could always pop her a message and she will get right back to me. It’s nice to know that they help along the way throughout the interview process didn’t just stop after the offer and I’m really looking forward to becoming part of a team of really friendly warm welcoming people.
