I participated in the initial stage of the hiring process, which was a phone screening conducted by the recruiter. The screening involved a phone conversation where I was asked about my experience, as well as my motivation for applying and my interest in the job. During the phone screening, the recruiter provided me with an overview of the job responsibilities and shared some information about the company. However, I decided not to proceed further in the process due to the salary range not aligning with my expectations.

There were several calls with different individuals you would be working closely with: a great opportunity for both the interviewers and the candidate to get to know one another, as well as understand the company direction, values and job role in further detail. There was also a task to see how you would respond to various customer queries and test your research skills. This was quite enjoyable as the topics are relatively new to most people who don't already work in the electric vehicle industry.
