Screening interview by phone from a Human Resources Recruiter that sent me an email asking if I was available to speak by phone and to suggest one or more days and times. This was easy to respond to and the screening happened within a week.

Face to face interview with initially the site manager and then the group manager when I was called back for further interview. The questions were technical in nature and general about the business. There was also the opportunity to ask questions of the interviewer. These i perceived were also important part of the process
