1 meeting with the district manager where you go through your resume. This interview is a formal one I had it over microsoft teams. The alloted time was 15-30 mins. I spent 1 hour talking with district manager about my resume but we had a lot of tangents. Felt more like a conversation than a interview. After that she said shes get back to me in a couple weeks to see if i fit the criteria for the role. In the email she would send a time slot to do an interview with the store manager at the desired location you want to work at. Recieved the letter for an in person interview an hour later. Went in for a 10 min interview with the store manager and again it was more of a conversation with the manger rather than an interview. Got an email back that i got the job a day later. TLDR: Interview with District Manager was basically formaility (ie. resume and experince, strengths and weaknesses, etc). Interview with store manager more of a vibe check, would you fit into the team and can you handle working at that location (they take into account location and if its busy because if its downtown theyre more prone to theft, so how would you counteract that)

A few interviews - great interaction with various members. Very informative and generally fun. Be prepared to answer questions about the company. They are great at keeping you up to date and informed with the process.
