I get 3 interviews. Phone, Video Call with hiring manager, and in person interview. HR is very helpful and quick response. The whole process is straight forward with benefit package explanation.

First part of the interview process is a simple phone screening. Part two is a take home assessment that they say you are to complete within one hour. Part three is a roughly 10 person panel style interview where you are ferociously bombarded with all kinds of questions. The questions range from your view on diversity to computer science related questions to physics questions. The interviewers seem very condescending and there are multiple awkward moments after you answer questions where they are just staring at you through the webcam and you aren’t really sure what to do. At one point they surprise you by telling you to pull up the code you wrote for the take home assessment even though they don’t forewarn you to have this ready along with the questions they previously sent. They have you screen-share and ask you questions about the code. Finally you are asked to do a simple code challenge with all of them watching and you cannot use any resources to check syntax. This was the most awkward interview I have ever participated in by far.
