HR responded very reluctantly, often had to write myself. I've pass all steps without any problems, except for a conversation with one "expert" in algorithms and data structures, who could not properly formulate his thoughts and questions, was constantly confused with the complexities of the algorithm. After that, they offer a salary, which was 60-70% lower than the one indicated in the vacancy. I think they just decided to refuse me this way. Conclusion: You should spend your time on having them interview you all the same. In a technical interview, you must convince the interviewer that he is wrong in some cases. You will be asked to pass a security check before an official offer is made.
