MMCEO arranged my interview with two senior people. Both interviewed thoroughly to understand whether I am a good fit for the position. Both gave a positive nod and the Business Head told me that I would receive a further call from HR people. Later HR guys called me to take it further. I felt HR practices and approach was very rude and unethical. I felt it kind of bullying that resulted me to loose the interest in the job position I was quite interested for. Advice to interested candidates : Never ever send them salary history docs before you get an offer from them. Even if they insist for it.
