3 interviews: first screening with HR, second with direct manager, third with head for the region.
I did not accept the offer for salary reasons. They should be clear on the salary from scratch. Job offer was very far from market conditions given the role and responsibility. I did my own research with previous employees and all agreed on a top line management that hires and fires people every now and then.

There was no tenant interview.
First contact made through a recruiter who realized after (!) reaching out on LinkedIn that the position is too Junior.
Six months later second recruiter contacts through LinkedIn, initial call was conducted about the position and supposed to have second call or interview with someone else. First time it was postponed - in fact no one called and when calling in the guy supposed to do the interview “was in a meeting”. The week after the guy again never called, when caking in no one picked up.
Absolute amateurs wasting people’s time.
