I had a very bad interview experience at OYO. First I had an interview round with HR then after that, I had a video call with Design Head after that I was asked for a design assignment which was not directly sent to me I have to ask them that they have not sent me the assignment then on request they sent me. After my assignment submission I have not recieved any acknowledgment mail and they didn't care about that too. A month later after repeating requests, they replied to me that they have received a notice that they cannot hire a 2019 graduate student. I mean what is the sense of taking these further rounds when you guys don't have clear status with your own internal management system?
