Had 3 rounds: One with HR, and 2 with senior ops managers. HR round was mainly profile screening while the other 2 interviews were more behavioral/ situation based. The main idea is to know OYO's growth story and business model well and show high sense of ownership.

It was a 45 minute two rounds with questions on professional journey and situation based cases. It was more on breaking down the problem rather than solving it. Further to this round was an HR fitment round to close the offer.

interviewed with 2 people in a open house event at the sheraton. both very friendly and gave lots of info about the role. the whole process took about an hour. did not hear back from them at all for 2 weeks

Interviewed for a leadership position. Felt that the people I interacted with were exceedingly cocky and a tad far removed from the us market and it dynamics as they were based in India. Allocated a certain amount of time for this position and in the end the recruiting team just ghosted me. That was a bad sign and a red flag.
