One on One interview with a supervisor where they ask you team development skills and your past performance with previous companies. The supervisor then showcased what the position would be doing real-time by shadowing other employees.
2 rounds, recruiter screen, then team interview with 2 people + presentation on topic of choice. Very typical behavioral questions about work style and teamwork. The interview was for a new graduate position.
Great easy interview process as long as you know the right people.
Takes a long time to get access to systems but once you get going, there is no stopping.
There were Multiple interviews over the course of four weeks during the time of the pandemic . They were all taken place over zoom. Questions were fairly basic and really focused on past sales experiences
