First call with HR then phone interview with hiring manager and tech lead. The whole process seems sketchy at best. After the 2nd interview, they asked for updated resume listing products and technology they mentioned. It was pretty obvious at this point that they want to use my resume on a contract bidding. I ask them not to use my resume for bidding unless contingent job offer is made first. Once, I sent over updated resume, they went silent - no response to email.
