they asked me a couple of questions, I was hired and then I attended orientation they gave a demo of the work and within a week I started working onsite

Entrevista
The interview process was straightforward and easy going. The questions were behavioral oriented, customer service scenarios and sales experience. The interview may include a group interview over zoom and was roughly 15 minutes long.
First got a brief overview of the company. Afterwards, I was asked some questions about my background and what I would do in given situations. Questions were focused on sales and customer service.
