Extremely long procedure from application to the end result, candidates are often left in the dark in between the procedures. HR gives often generic responses to follow-up e-mails. The interviewers were very kind but the overall experience could definitely be improved and speeded-up for the candidates' sake.

Brief pre-recorded interview and written exam with 3 parts, including a case study and an opportunity to explain your vision about the Organization. Could have used more time in the interview, would be very beneficial.
