the first contact was by telephone, the hoteldirector asked me a lot of questions, to pre-eliminate bevor the personal interview was. Then the 1:1 dialog started, for 1 hour tlking by me, he just had a few more detailled questions. they only, had two persons, who where qualified for the job, i had a lot of practice and experience, so they decided for me.
