As mentioned in another review, I was contacted the day I submitted my application. I went through 2 phone screens. Then spent 4 hours at the plant doing a 1 hour tour and 3 individual interviews. Be prepared to talk through your experiences during every individual interview. After going through this whole process the told me they were moving on with other candidates. Very repetitive and time consuming process.
