I was referred by a former colleague who moved to OMK. That reference landed me a 1 on 1 with the director of maintenance. We discussed my professional qualifications and experience. Shortly after he extended the job offer with salary, benefits, etc. included in the offer letter. Keep in mind this was a new facility and many positions were being filled rapidly. The person that previously filled the position I interviewed for moved up to plant manager. I also interview briefly with him to discuss his job duties and we shared similar experience.
