I submitted my resume online via Careers website and received a phone screen with a recruiter. The phone interview was fairly qualitative and focused on why Ojo Labs was the right fit.

Entrevista
Quick. They claim to be transparent but provide no feedback after four very length and honest interviews. Through the four rounds of interviews I was given the impression , and told, that the culture was one of open feedback and of coaching. My experience with OJO and being ghosted after being told by HR and the Manager that I would receive follow up feedback, positive or negative, leaves a very bad taste for their process. It feels like lip service.
