I got invited to an online interview. I was waiting in the meeting room for 15 mins, and no one showed up. I messaged the recruiter, asking whether we need to reschedule and didn't receive any response.

Applied online, then had a video interview. The video interview was very dry and you could tell that the hiring manager did not care about culture or growing her team.
