I was found by a recruiter. There was a cognitive test at the first meeting in the office. Also I got a physiological test by email. At the technical interview I got few exercises to complete - forecasting, math skill in general. A team manager asked some questions regarding analysis in general. The worst experience followed then - two next managers didn't ask questions relevant to the position. One of them asked about the finance reporting (wasn't mentioned in the job description), another one asked about my diploma project, and gave the opinion the project was useless. After that interview instantly followed few more exercises which I wasn't able to resolve as I was shocked after the interview. At the end O'stin told me the first exercises were not made by myself, but by ma husband, who is an engineer (actually he is bad at math at all). Arrogant, mean, unprofessional people except the recruiter who was really nice.
