I had 3 interviews and did not get hired. The interviews were not bad, but why have so many interviews and not hire them. It was not busy. The location was hidden away. It would have not been a good fit.
a few questions asked by the managers that usually lead to a casual conversation. very easy and don't have to dress up very much. there should be 2 interviews with 2 different managers

In was referred the job by a friend (employee). I came in and filled out an application. I was interviewed the same day. The store manager conducted the interview. The interview were situation based questions. I was called back and offered the job within 30 minutes of leaving the interview.
