After applying for the job, a staff member will email you to complete a mandatory translation test (Chinese to English; around Chinese 1000 characters). You are required to complete the test, which is in the form of a word doc, within 3 days.

It was done over the internet. We were required to complete a translation test and also basic orientation training. Shortlisted candidates will go through an internet conference, where most documents will be sent via email or wechat.
