Horrible. CPO wasn’t on camera. HM interview went super well, as did the CPO then boom. Ghosted only for the recruiter to resurface and say all of the feedback was positive but they went another direction. Creepy vibes. Also they make you waste your time taking predictive tests.

Entrevista
The process started great. I enjoyed meeting the recruiter and manager and I thought that both interviews went well. I met with a C-Suite member for the third step and it was difficult to tell how the interview went because they were off camera.
It's now been weeks and despite my follow-up request, I haven't heard a thing from anyone. Regardless of the offer outcome, the silence after the third interview has left me with a negative image of the company.
