Additionally, despite my genuine interest and participation in the second round, I received negative feedback without clear reasoning or constructive criticism. This left me feeling disheartened and questioning the transparency of the process.
Moving forward, I would like to suggest that if a vacancy is not available, it would be greatly appreciated if candidates are informed upfront. This would prevent unnecessary time and effort being invested by both parties.
